After years of contributing to groundbreaking research in condensed matter physics, I transitioned into the field of project management.

My experiences as a researcher equipped me with critical skills such as problem-solving, strategic planning, and effective collaboration across multidisciplinary teams. Building on this foundation, I pursued certifications and hands-on management roles, leading multidisciplinary teams, managing budgets, and coordinating complex international collaborations.

I am passionate about bridging technical expertise with organizational leadership, enabling me to guide innovative initiatives and to deliver impactful results.

  • Project Manager of SPINUS (HORIZON-RIA, GA 101135699) and Qu-Test (HORIZON-RIA, GA 101113901); Dissemination Manager of Photonics for Quantum (HORIZON-JU-RIA, GA 101291189).
  • Led grant writing and the development of Horizon Europe proposals, managing the full process from design through submission.
  • Built and managed Horizon Europe project budgets under both lump sum and actual cost models.
  • Coordinated multi-partner international consortia throughout the proposal and project lifecycle.
